A brief meeting was held. Meeting called to order at 7:13 pm.
In attendance: Dave Kawamoto, Margaret
Headrick, Paul Armstrong, Deirdre Lum, Carol Scibetta, Judy Hill, Ian
Oglesby, Lisa Riland, Bob Riland, Shelley Mossman, Nancy Boyle.
Minutes from the November 13th
meeting were approved. Motion made by Margaret Headrick and
seconded by Carol Scibetta.
Treasurer’s Report: Income this
month of $206.50 from the barbecue prior to Fall Sports Awards
Night.
President’s Report:
The Boosters may hold a barbecue on
February 2nd prior to the girls’ night soccer game, with the profit to
be split
between the soccer team and the boosters.
Golf Tournament: Lisa
Riland reported that the fee at the Santa Clara Golf course would be
$50 per player. She will
look into the rate at Deep Cliff also. Possible dates for
the tournament are sometime over spring break. We will need to
make a final decision regarding the tournament at the meeting
on January 8th.
It was suggested that instead of holding a barbecue prior to the
Winter Sports Awards, we sell hot drinks (mochas
and lattes).
