Meeting called to order at 7:03 pm.

In attendance: David Kawamoto, Holly Hill, Judy Hill, Margaret Headrick, Paul Armstrong, Craig Ellegood, Karin Tanaka, Nancy Boyle.

Student Report: December Athletes-of-the-Month were Ryan Matsuoka (Basketball), and Page Dickson (Soccer).

Winter Sports Awards Night will be held on March 9, in the theater.

Sweatshirt Report: Still have a supply of red and gold silk screened sweatshirts. Low inventory of T-shirts and sweats.

Athletic Report: Cupertino placed fourth at the Bianchini Memorial Wrestling Tournament.

Basketball and soccer are in league play at present.

Still looking for a few spring coaches.

President’s Report: Golf Tournament update---Judy Hill is organizing the silent auction and raffle, Holly Hill will organize the food/snacks, Tom Haley and Pam Hershey will reach class presidents and alumni contacts.

Motion was made to allocate profit from the Tournament as follows---

20% to the Athletic Department and 80% to Boosters. Motion made by Judy Hill, seconded by Margaret Headrick and passed.

Coaches’ wish list committee to be named in order to come up with parameters for wish list allocations in future.

Treasurer’s Report: A self audit has been done. In September, not all expenses were debited correctly per computer program, so the balance was off by approximately $1000. This error was carried forward from month to month. The last reported balance of $13,663.89 on 11/14/05 is actually $12,637.58. (See attached revisions to treasurer’s reports subsequent to 9/2005.) Revised Reports approved. Motion made by Margaret Headrick and seconded by Holly Hill.
